Hey there! This is an updated recipe for my Protein balls! I’ve been trying to eat less carbs and I decided to add Shredded coconut in place of the oatmeal!! It is very good!! The boys couldn’t even tell I changed it. I added the same amount of coconut as oatmeal. Give it a try!!

These taste best if stored in the refrigerator.

All you need is…

1 1/2 cups Chocolate protein powder ( I use Shakeology)

1 1/2 cups unsweetend shredded coconut

1 1/2 cups organic almond butter ( or any nut butter)

1 cup Honey

Mix together in a bowl. It will be sticky and best if you use your hands. Make into small balls. This should make about 25-30 balls depending on the size. Store in the refrigerator. ENJOY!
