Good morning!!  This is a video that Steve and I did last week that is a great visual for  focusing on priorities in our life.  We had such positive feedback about it!  It is something we saw Stephen Covey demonstrate about 30 years ago!  You may have seen this before but we think it is worth watching again!

We would love for you to check it out   🙂

What to do when you’re very busy but you don’t feel productive?

Happy Journaling!

Steve and Theresa

Hey there!

Here is a video that Steve and I did on Facebook and we wanted to share it here with you!

In this video we talk about how we journal about our future and not the past..But ironically, when you look back over your journal, it will be your past! 🙂  So the goal is to look at your past and see that you accomplished what you journaled when it was still your future.

We also talk about when we journal and make suggestions on times that might work best for you. Also, journaling together  keeps us heading towards our same Future Focus.

Watch the video and let us know what you think!

Make sure you are following us on Facebook and Instagram!

Happy journaling!

Steve and Theresa

When Steve and I get up on Saturday mornings, one of the first things we do is fill out our journal and we focus on our BIG ROCKS. We right down the letters F.I.R.S.T. We set a goal for each letter. (If you haven’t done so, please sign up for our free guide on how we do this) I will write at least one thing I will do towards our finances. When we talk about our finances it is much more than having enough money to pay our bills and do the things we want like eating out, or going on vacations. It is a frame of mind of realizing that our money is not ours. The money we have is exactly the amount that God had allowed us to acquire by using the gifts that he has provided. As is stated in both Matthew 25:21 and 25:23, “My good and faithful servant, you have been faithful with the little things, now I will give you many things.” God actually wants us to be wealthy because if we are managing our money correctly, we will be helping others as well as ourselves with the money we make. As soon as He sees that we are managing our money the way He wants us to, He will start allowing us to be in charge of even more. There is a very small, very easy to read book explaining the management of money. “The Richest Man in Babylon” by George Clason. It is worth your time to read this book. It talks about the basics of tithing, investing and saving. Something that most people do not do.

One of the reasons I became a Team Beachbody coach was to help our family financially. Please leave a comment below or email me if you would like more information on how this opportunity can help you and your family.
